1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.power-flow.co.uk. The website is run by Powerflow SA Ltd, trading as Power Flow, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC838491), of G/2, 43 Hoddam Avenue, Glasgow, Scotland, G45 0EY. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Who our services are for
Our services are for businesses and other non-domestic customers. We don't arrange domestic (household) energy contracts.
3. Information on this website
The information on this site is general. It isn't advice for your specific situation. Prices, products and supplier availability change often. Any quote we give you will depend on your usage, location, credit checks and the supplier's terms at the time.
We aim to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it always will be.
4. Quotes and contracts
A quote from us is not a contract. Your energy or water contract is between you and the supplier, on the supplier's terms. Please read the contract before you sign. Apart from any Letter of Authority you sign with us and your contract with the supplier, there are no separate customer terms.
5. How we're paid
Suppliers pay us a commission, built into the unit rate and/or standing charge you pay. See our Fees & Commission page.
6. Using our website
You must not:
- use the site for anything unlawful
- try to get unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- copy or reuse our content without permission
7. Links to other websites
We may link to other websites, such as suppliers or the Energy Ombudsman. We're not responsible for their content.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue or business, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. We provide the website "as is" and don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
9. Complaints
See our Complaints & Energy Ombudsman page.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. The latest version will always be on this page.
